Assistance in flat hunting
Assistance is provided for those who need help finding a flat. If you are new to the area, subject to availability, we offer the opportunity to temporarily stay in one of our more than 150 staff flats.

Promotion of integration - free German courses during work hours
We promote the integration of our employees through free German classes during working hours, offered by our employed language teacher. This gives you the opportunity to improve your language skills, obtain necessary certificates, and engage in conversation with colleagues and guests.
Magic Outdoor Day after the completion of probation period
Upon successful completion of your probation period, we invite you to our special "Magic Outdoor Day". This day provides you the opportunity to get to know the team in an informal setting and forge valuable contacts beyond department boundaries
