Assistance in finding a flat
Those who need assistance in finding accommodation will receive it. If you are new to the region, we offer the possibility of temporarily staying in one of our over 150 staff flats, subject to availability.

We promote the integration of our employees through free German courses during working hours, offered by our in-house language teacher. This gives you the opportunity to improve your language skills, obtain necessary certificates, and engage in conversation with colleagues and guests
Magic-Outdoor-Day Following End of Probation Period
Upon successful completion of your probation period, we invite you to our special "Magic Outdoor Day". This day offers you the opportunity to get to know the team better in an informal setting and establish valuable contacts beyond department boundaries.
