To ensure not just nerves, but also anticipation grows before the first day of work, we prepare everything as best we can: At Passauer Wolf, we place a great emphasis on a structured induction - not only in terms of professional competence, but also personal arrival is important to us. Mentors accompany new staff members through their initial period, ensuring they become part of the team from the very beginning.

Assistance in finding a flat

Those who need assistance in finding accommodation will receive it. If you are new to the region, we offer the possibility of temporarily staying in one of our over 150 staff flats, subject to availability.

Upon successful completion of your probation period, we invite you to our special "Magic Outdoor Day". This day offers you the opportunity to get to know the team better in an informal setting and establish valuable contacts beyond department boundaries.
